Mr. Cleveland Anderson was born on June 8, 1950, in Edgefield, SC. He was the son of the late Henry Dickey Burt and Hattie Anderson Burt. He departed this earthly life to be with our Heavenly Father and his loved ones who have gone before him on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at his residence in Simpsonville, SC.
She attended the Edgefield County Schools.
After High School, Cleveland entered into the Army and served his country for six years. After serving his enlistment, he worked various jobs. He worked at the Graniteville, as a Brick Mason and he also drove trucks to name a few.
A few of his interest included being a lifelong New England Patriots fan, loving his family, loving to fish, and always being the life of the party.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Geraldine Anderson, Jozell Anderson, Betty Waddell, and Willie Anderson. And son, Terrence D. Butler.
He leaves to love, honor and cherish his memories, five children, Ronald West, Williston, SC, Sheba K. Anderson, Simpsonville, SC, Cleveland Anderson, Jr., Augusta, GA, Candace Nicole Anderson, Johnston, SC, and Tangie Butler who was raised as a daughter, siblings, Henrietta Dugar, Edgefield, SC, Cynthia Mathis, Edgefield, SC, Andrea Jackson (George), Maryland, Charles Jerome Winborne (Kim), Fort Washinton, Maryland, Monique McNeil (Jimell), Columbia, SC, and Brittany Anderson, Maryland, 12 grands, 3 great grands, a wife, Henrietta West Anderson, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
